Zenj Names
Zenj names have complex consonants such as Nt, Mp, and Kp, and overall, Zenj seems to be inspired by the !Kung language which is spoken in regions of Botswana and Namibia. The Basotho (or Sotho people) have names with very similar constructs and serve as a reasonable model.
Per the Inner Sea World Guide, two special characters are used to represent the glottalized clicks in Zenj names: ! for a clicking noise in the roof of the mouth, and ’ for a glottal stop.
When choosing names that start with a letter or letters, keep the prefixes short. One or two letters work best!
Advanced Options
Adjusting these settings can help fine-tune your name list, but if you make them too aggressive you might not get any results at all.
